To start off positive, Fishing has been good. Very good. Kings, sails, mahi and some random blackfins. All the same areas and reefs. No surprises. Bait has been difficult, so get your frozen minnows, They work just fine.Nearshore has been a hit and miss but definitely more of a hit. Time of day hasn’t mattered much, especially if your Captain Joe on the FireFight boat, its always a good day when you’re Joe! Just get out there and try it. Now for the negative,,, WINDS, I know you are not surprised to hear me say that. It’s been bad. the only good thing last few days is that its a west wind and we can nearshore fish.
