We had a pretty decent week on the few fishable days. Just goes to show the fish are there when we can get out. If you havent looked at the offshore forecast, dont. its pretty sad. Maybe at this rate we can start fishing in May. I believe this is the worst year in many years of wind. We didnt pass the Reef or the Ridge. Plenty of action up to that point. Kings and a few sails this week. Bottom species with lanes and triggers went well.
The only bad fishing this week and i cant even call it terrible was the shark fishing. Some trips caught none. Some caught a few small ones and a few caught a giant. 30 feet seemed pretty good depth for them. Get your repairs done this week and maybe we will see you out there again in a few weeks.
