What a great week. The summertime fishing is here and it’s wide open with many different species. Bring the kids out and have a blast. Bait has not been a reliable thing, so make sure you bring a box of frozen minnows with you. If you see the flips, then try and get some bunker. If not, go fish. Don’t waste too much time. (we can’t anyways) Some days the reef is better than Pelican. 75/85 feet
But that’s about all we have been fishing at. Nothing too deep so don’t overthink anything! So many boats fly by to go deep and fish but it’s not needed right now.
